Visiboom provides digital marketing and web development services, including but not limited to:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Website Design and Development
Content Strategy and Optimization
Digital Consultation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information required to complete the project.
Respond to queries and feedback promptly to avoid delays.
Make timely payments as per the agreed proposal or contract.
Ensure they have the legal right to use all materials (text, images, videos, etc.) provided to Visiboom.
Visiboom is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete client input or approvals.
Payment terms will be clearly defined in each individual project agreement or proposal.
All payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
Refunds are only considered in cases where work has not yet begun or when mutually agreed upon.
Once a project is approved or delivered, no refunds will be issued.
All content, code, and design created by Visiboom remain the property of Visiboom until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Visiboom reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all project-related information, materials, and communications unless written consent is provided.
Visiboom may use third-party services, tools, or plugins as part of project delivery. We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or costs related to these third-party platforms.
Visiboom shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
Loss of data
Business interruptions
Search engine algorithm changes
Website downtime or errors beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.
Revisions are limited as per the project scope. Additional changes or requests outside the agreed scope may result in extra charges.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches the terms. All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
Visiboom reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on this page, with the date of the latest revision indicated at the top.
